Who We Are 

Suncreek Kids Christian Preschool (Suncreek Kids) is a ministry of Suncreek United Methodist Church. Suncreek Kids seeks to provide learning opportunities for children in a safe and loving environment that are developmentally appropriate, intellectually stimulating, and spiritually nurturing.

 Our Facility

In the Spring of 2009, Suncreek United Methodist Church moved into the new education building. We are so happy with our spacious and kid friendly atmosphere.

We operate Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  Our calendar follows Allen ISD for holidays.  Below is what we will offer for the 2010-2011 school year:

(Children must be 18 months old by September 1st of the current school year)

 Our Director

Lisa Newman is the Director of Suncreek Kids Christian Preschool. Lisa began serving in this position in March 2008.  She has a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.  She served as a second grade teacher after completing her education.  Lisa brings over 15 years of experience teaching preschool aged children.   This includes previously serving as the Preschool Director at Our Savior Lutheran Church in McKinney.  You may e-mail her at Lisa.Newman@SuncreekUMC.org.

Activities are planned and directed by caring adults who are chosen for their skills with children and commitment to Christian education. Suncreek Kids Christian Preschool currently employs 30 staff members.

Yearly registration $125 per child.
(nonrefundable)

Annual supply fees are:

$50 for 18 months/2 year olds

$75 for 3 year olds and

$100 for 4 year olds

 2011-2012 Tuition is $220 per month for
18 mo-olds, $210 for 2 year-olds, $270 for 3-year-olds and 4 year olds (3 days/week) and $300 for 4 to 5-year-olds (4 days/week).  Discount of $10 per month for church members and a sibling discount of $10. Only one discount per family.
