Pick-up Please Pick-Up Children Promptly
As a courtesy to our teachers and parent volunteers, we ask parents to pick up children within five minutes after Worship Services or Adult Sunday School classes. You are welcome to resume fellowship with friends after picking up your child. Child Care Illness Policy Children should be free of fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or rashes for 24 hours before being left in a nursery or classroom and also free of extreme congestion or coughing. If a child has any of these symptoms after being checked in, someone will locate the parents. Parents of a child with chronic health problems should talk to the Minister with Children to make special arrangements to meet the child’s needs. Church caregivers are not allowed to administer medications of any kind. Children with Special Needs In order to create the most positive experience for all children, it is extremely important that we are aware of any special needs a child may have. Parents are asked to inform the staff and teachers of any special needs such as allergies, asthma, epilepsy, hearing or vision impairments, learning disabilities or any mental, physical or emotional challenges. This information will remain confidential between the family and the Children’s Ministry leadership.
